Tracy is the Co-Founder and Visionary for the Development of The Brow Lounge & Soulspa with almost 3 decades of experience as a Creative Beauty Artist. She has a BA in Fashion Design from Colombia College as well as a cosmetology license in both Illinois and California. She began her journey in the beauty industry as a freelance makeup artist for tv & fashion in the entertainment industry which led her to Los Angeles where she continued her freelance work as well as pursing some of her own desires in acting. She was introduced to Anastasia of Beverly Hills & trained with her as Lead Brow Artist to launch ABH in the Chicago market in 2000. ​She recognized the need for the introduction of brow transformations and education in the Chicagoland area and decided to launch a brow business by tweaking some techniques and developing BROW SCULPTING in 2001. Her business development skills continued to expand with multiple locations throughout the years. Now as the Co-Founder of The Brow Lounge & Soulspa where she works as a Brow Artist, Facialist and Director of Business Development. She is passionate about everything Holistic Wellness & Beauty Empowerment which is at the core of TBL & Soulspa. Her mission is to continue to create opportunities for us to learn grow and experience this level of beauty and self care awareness and is committed to continuing to develop TBL as a place where u can say you feel more beautiful both inside and out because you found us

Deanna is extremely passionate about business with 3 decades of experience in the beauty industry. She began her journey in Los Angeles, California following her passion for comedy while also honing her skills in the beauty industry. She met and trained with Anastasia where she immersed herself in everything Brows & Business while launching ABH to the Chicago Market, along with Tracy, developed the business to become the top producing account in the country. As her passion for the brow industry grew and she saw the need for Brow Education and transformation she decided to launch a brow business in 2001 and continued to grow with multiple locations throughout the years. Now as co founder of The Brow Lounge/ Soulspa she continues to educate her clients on everything brows and holistic beauty helping to transform their ideas of beauty and self care to no longer a luxury but a true necessity!! She is committed to continuing to grow and expand TBL one Brow at a time✨

Drew’s love for the beauty industry started in childhood, inspired by the joy and confidence she saw in her mom’s hair clients. That early spark turned into a lifelong passion for helping others feel their best. Now, as a beauty professional specializing in brows and lashes, Drew brings a warm, personal touch to every service she offers. From wedding-ready brows to first-time skincare routines for teens, she’s all about creating customized experiences that make each client feel seen, cared for, and confident. She’s found her second home at TBL—a space that values education, laughter, and community. But more than anything, Drew loves building lasting relationships. “When you walk through my door, you’re family—and I take care of family.”

An expert in post secondary education and esthetics Lora joins the team with 18 years of expertise. “I believe the optimal solution to age management is achieved from a holistic approach to skin health; one that combines clean, plant-based ingredients with result driven modalities such as microneedling, microcurrent and light therapy.” Outside the classroom and treatment room Lora is most proud of being a mother to her son.

Emily is a licensed esthetician who specializes in lashes, brows, and makeup. She’s been in the industry since 2019 and has been a part of the TBL family since 2021. “The environment they’ve created here has helped me grow as an artist and as a woman.” Emily loves the variety her work brings—no two days are the same. Molly has been a professional makeup artist since 2013, and is a licensed cosmetologist and a graduate of the prestigious and selective Make Up For Ever Academy in New York City. Her portfolio spans bridal, editorial, film, commercial, and special effects. Over a decade of experience and passion for perfecting the brows, she has garnered a love for makeup. Molly’s favorite part of her job is making her clients feel like their most beautiful and confident selves,.

Bella, is a licensed esthetician at The Brow Lounge in Lemont. She offers personalized skincare and beauty treatments including facials, chemical peels, full body waxing, lash lifts, and brow and lash tinting. Each service is tailored to meet your unique needs, ensure you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout your visit. Her goal is to help you achieve healthy, radiant skin while providing a calming, customized experience. She is so excited to be part of the Brow Lounge team, and looks forward to helping you look and feel your best!

Kaylin’s passion for esthetics began with her personal struggle with acne which deeply affected her self image. She understands firsthand how discouraging and isolating it can feel when dealing with skin issues. Kaylin is dedicated to helping others embrace their own uniqueness and beauty through a variety of effective treatments and products offered at Skin Apøthékary at The Brow Lounge, while also emphasizing the importance of nurturing the mind, body, and spirit to achieve healthy and glowing skin! Outside of her work, Kaylin loves spending quality time with her dog, family, and friends. She enjoys outdoor walks and staying active with pilates workouts, always seeking ways to improve her overall health and wellness!

Haily Aldrich is a dedicated esthetician with a true passion for skincare and all things beauty. She finds joy in helping others feel confident and radiant in their own skin. Specializing in brows and skincare, Haily combines precision with a gentle touch to deliver personalized, glowing results. Her love for the beauty industry keeps her constantly exploring new trends, techniques, and treatments. Whether she’s shaping the perfect brow or creating a relaxing facial experience, Haily brings care and creativity to everything she does

Shea is currently in esthetics school and living out her longtime passion for skincare and beauty. Her love for esthetics started back in high school when she began dealing with acne and dove deep into the world of skincare. She went on to earn her degree in Integrated Strategic Communication from the University of Kentucky, where she also gained experience as a social media manager for a skincare clinic. After graduation, Shea returned home to Illinois to begin her own journey in the esthetics industry. She’s been a certified custom spray tan artist for over four years and is now one of the friendly faces you’ll find at The Brow Lounge—working as our Spa Experience Coordinator and Spray Tan Artist. Shea is passionate about making people feel confident and beautiful in their skin and is so excited to grow and learn alongside the incredible team at The Brow Lounge!

Norma is the dedicated Guest Experience Leader and Reservationist, ensuring every client interaction is seamless and welcoming. With her warm, professional demeanor, Norma coordinates appointments and manages reservations, making sure each client feels valued from the moment they reach out. Her passion for delivering exceptional service enhances the overall experience, as she goes above and beyond to accommodate individual needs and ensure smooth scheduling. Norma’s attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction make her an essential part of creating a positive and stress-free environment for all.

Bella is a senior at the University of Missouri, pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a focus on marketing, and arts entrepreneurship. Her passion for creativity and innovation led her to complement her studies with certificates in digital marketing and arts entrepreneurship. With an eye for design and a flair for promotion, Bella currently serves as the manager of The Brow Lounge's social media platforms, as well as overseeing web design and e-commerce initiatives. Outside of her professional and academic pursuits, Bella finds joy in spending time with friends on campus and staying active.
