Our Brow Artists, Tracy Gomez & Deanna McDonnell, have worked with L.A.'s #1 Celebrity Brow Maven, came back to the Midwest and created Brow Sculpting to introduce the trend of beautiful Brows in the Chicagoland area! Meet the Team
Tracy
Co-Founder & Director of Business Development
Tracy is the Co-Founder and Visionary for the Development of The Brow Lounge & Soulspa with almost 3 decades of experience as a Creative Beauty Artist. She has a BA in Fashion Design from Colombia College as well as a cosmetology license in both Illinois and California. She began her journey in the beauty industry as a freelance makeup artist for tv & fashion in the entertainment industry which led her to Los Angeles where she continued her freelance work as well as pursing some of her own desires in acting. She was introduced to Anastasia of Beverly Hills & trained with her as Lead Brow Artist to launch ABH in the Chicago market in 2000.
She recognized the need for the introduction of brow transformations and education in the Chicagoland area and decided to launch a brow business by tweaking some techniques and developing BROW SCULPTING in 2001.
Her business development skills continued to expand with multiple locations throughout the years. Now as the Co-Founder of The Brow Lounge & Soulspa where she works as a Brow Artist, Facialist and Director of Business Development. She is passionate about everything Holistic Wellness & Beauty Empowerment which is at the core of TBL & Soulspa. She will continue to use this platform to bring awareness thru the development of treatments, products, educational classes & events about the Body Mind and Spirit connection. Her true belief is that BEAUTY is not only external but a combination of the alignment of all things Body, Mind, & Spirit to help us connect to & enhance our Natural Inner Beauty and her mission is to continue to create opportunities for us to learn grow and experience this level of beauty and self care awareness and is committed to continuing to develop TBL as a place where u can say you feel more beautiful both inside and out because you found us <3
Deanna
Co-Founder & Director of Sales
Deanna is extremely passionate about business with 3 decades of experience in the beauty industry.
She began her journey in Los Angeles, California following her passion for comedy while also honing her skills in the beauty industry. She met and trained with Anastasia where she immersed herself in everything Brows & Business while launching ABH to the Chicago Market, along with Tracy, developed the business to become the top producing account in the country.
As her passion for the brow industry grew and she saw the need for Brow Education and transformation she decided to launch a brow business in 2001 and continued to grow with multiple locations throughout the years.
Now as co founder of The Brow Lounge/ Soulspa she continues to educate her clients on everything brows and holistic beauty helping to transform their ideas of beauty and self care to no longer a luxury but a true necessity!! She is committed to continuing to grow and expand TBL one Brow at a time✨

Director of Continuing Education & Lead Aesthetician
An expert in post secondary education and esthetics Lora joins the team with 18 years of expertise. “I believe the optimal solution to age management is achieved from a holistic approach to skin health; one that combines clean, plant-based ingredients with result driven modalities such as microneedling, microcurrent and light therapy.”
Outside the classroom and treatment room Lora is most proud of being a mother to her son.
Drew
Drew's passion for the beauty industry began during her childhood, inspired by her mother's hair clients and the lasting impact she witnessed. Fast forward a couple of years, she found her second home at TBL –

Whether it is shaping & tinting your eyebrows a week before your wedding or (a little bit of guidance) for your teenager just breaking into the skincare game. Here, we have access to unlimited education. Hands on training with the latest and greatest skincare treatments & beauty techniques. "I specialize in eyebrows & lashes. "The environment they’ve created here has helped me grow as an artist & as a person. I really like being able to do to multiple services throughout the day it never gets boring." If Emily is not here at TBL, she is outside in nature or inside listening to music. "Music makes my creativity come alive which shows through my work."

Dinora joined the TBL team August of 2023 and has been an Esthetician since Jan of 2020. She loves all things wellness and enhancing ones natural beauty. When she is not at TBL you can find her running after her toddler all day long.

Alex has been an esthetician for 5 years.
Her passion is to make other feel good from the inside out and to be creative. During her free time she likes to go thrifting and play video games, and she is also a streamer when she has time.
Her favorite products are: Yonka’s Glyconight 10 because it gives her a beautiful glow and she loves how easy the product is: you just apply at night as a leave in mask and you rinse off in the morning!

Natalie, a former hairdresser, transitioned to a receptionist role at The Brow Lounge when her daughter left for college. In 2020, she reinstated her cosmetology license, gaining certifications in skincare and lash lifts. Specializing in Yonka Aromatherapy Treatments and facials.Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys road trips, yoga, skiing, and has a passion for horses and pets.
Natalie's Favorite Product is the Yonka Vitamin C serum, complemented by the dermaplaning service!

With an eye for design and a flair for promotion, Bella currently serves as the manager of The Brow Lounge's social media platforms, as well as overseeing web design and e-commerce initiatives. Outside of her professional and academic pursuits, Bella finds joy in spending time with friends on campus and staying active.
